Coconut Pie

3 eggs
1c. sugar
3/4 stick oleo
1c.Angel Flake coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. buttermilk
1 uncooked pie shell

Dump and put in unbaked pie shell. Cook at 300 for 1 hour. Can freeze cooked.
